How to Eliminate Ground Beetles
Often mistaken for a cockroach, the Ground Beetle is another of the pets considered an occasional invader. They are ½ to ¾ “long, slender with black on top, and tan on the underside. They live in the soil and mulch around the foundation and tend to migrate in during mid-summer dry spells. Treatment around the foundation can help reduce this migration. They are harmless but can be present in large numbers, making them more of a nuisance than anything else.
